First off, I totally get the Paleo Piz...Great post! First off, I totally get the Paleo Pizza disaster. My wife and I just started a modified Paleo approach the past couple of weeks and we tried two different pizza options that were horrible. Gross! <br /><br />Seriously though, I'm finding already (with my vast two weeks of experience) that modifications to suit each individual really helps. We went pretty hard in the first week and subsequently felt like garbage for much it. The win though is we're eating a lot more real food. That's a good thing. <br /><br />I appreciate your caution note for the extremes in the Paleo world. Each person needs to find a approach that works. I'm a married guy with two toddlers so every single meal, every single day, hardcore Paleo just doesn't work.
